Details: | Today?s Answers, Tomorrow?s Questions brings policy makers, researchers and natural scientists together with ESRC Genomics Network (EGN) social scientists for a landmark event. Featuring lectures, debates, workshops and exhibitions, we hope you will take part in this cross-fertilisation of ideas and healthy disagreement on the past, present and future roles of genomics in society. Marking the transition to a new 5 year phase of EGN funding and research programmes, this event profiles important Network research findings and takes a forward look to new key questions at the intersection of science and society. The EGN comprises three research centres Cesagen, Egenis, Innogen and the ESRC Genomics Policy and Research Forum. Who should attend? Social scientists, policy makers, advisors to government, scientists with an interest in how science and society influence each other, voluntary and not-for-profit organisations, media, health practitioners, businesses involved in new technologies. |
